Owned and managed by Big Bear Vacations, this historic lodge consists of twelve mountain-style cabins located on two acres of pine-shaded lakefront heaven. Originally operated as a gentlemen’s fishing and hunting camp in the early 1900s known as Potters Camp, today the lodge caters to vacationers of all types looking for a unique mountain experience; from couples to families to large groups for gatherings, reunions or even lakefront weddings and receptions.
Sunset cottage is a great single level furnished resort cabin, sitting within our Shore Acres Lodge you''ll find the essentials needed for a great mountain vacation, plus you are within feet of the shores of Big Bear Lake. You'll enter into a cozy and warm little living room with a comfy couch, wall heater, and a flat screen Streaming TV plus complimentary hi speed WIFI is available for your enjoyment. The cute little kitchen has the essentials for cooking for two, general appliances and cookware, and a small dining area for meals is provided. The cute front deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy this serene environment, with outdoor seating and a built-in Charcoal BBQ available. Your cabin is located in a great central location of Big Bear, within a short walk to local marinas, hiking or the downtown Village area, Sunset cabin is the perfect place to spend your next mountain getaway!
