As you walk into this home you are greeted by natural light and an open concept layout. Your living space is simply perfect for the family vacation with an open floor plan, allowing the entire family to cook, dine and hang out. You will love the kitchen with its upgraded appliances and beautiful grey granite countertops. Experience the magic in the evenings and watch a movie or two on your very own 75-Inch 4K TV with upgraded cable package. Enjoy your comfy sectionals that seat 8 and beautiful dining area that comfortably seats 10.
Step out onto your private lanai, grill up a great lunch with the BBQ and enjoy your meal at your outdoor patio table that seats 8. Watch as the family splash the afternoon away in your own private pool or layout on one of your 6 sun loungers and catch some Florida sun with the sunny west-facing outlook. Inspired by the space race this room offers a life-size Astronaut, fiber-lit ceiling with a shooting star, space furniture, and books and DVDs inspired by space to keep you entertained. This room offers a king-size bed, 50-inch 4K Display TV as well as its own ensuite bathroom.
Also on the second floor is an exquisite master bedroom that offers sophisticated furniture, a large ensuite bathroom, and its own balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

Rental Policies
Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AMEarly or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
