Plan your next vacation in Reunion Bliss, a spacious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath villa located in the sought-after Reunion Resort. This villa features contemporary furniture with an open floor plan. The southwest-facing pool allows plenty of Florida sun while vacationing. Lounge on the sun shelf complete with ledge loungers. You can grill up something great on the bbq with a full summer kitchen and then dine al fresco with private conservation views. In the evenings relax by the fire pit or take an evening swim in your own private pool.
The living space has a modern flair. The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances and has breakfast bar seating. Enjoy meals at the formal dining space. Relax in the living room with a large TV, ample seating and sliding glass doors out to the pool deck.
You will find a master bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Continue upstairs to be wowed by the other 4 bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom, a VIP suite, and 2 fun kids rooms! The master bedroom and VIP suite both feature a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
