This elegant 5 bed, 4.5 bath is located within Reunion Resort villa. This home is located in Fairway Ridge and overlooks the 6th hole of the Nicklaus golf course. Enjoy 3 suites, a custom kids bedroom, and an additional bedroom. Soak up the Florida sun with the private West-facing pool and spa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a natural gas stove, counter seating for 3, granite counters and custom cabinetry. Gather around the booth style dining area with seating for 5. Head over to the living area to relax in the spacious leather sectional sofa watching your favorite movie on the 65-inch TV or the 32-inch TV. The living area opens out onto the lanai overlooking the golf course.
One of the 3 suites features a king-size bed and is located on the second floor. The king suite has a 40-inch TV, ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, marble vanity, and private balcony. The other two suites have queen beds with one on the second floor with a private balcony and the other on the ground floor. Both of the queen suites have 32-inch TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The kids will love having their own bedrooms with queen beds and 32-inch s to enjoy their next vacation. The kids bedrooms will share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
